"Hey Gail, let's try some cinemagraphs?"

"Huh what's that?"

That's usually the standard reply of this unpopular format. I understand that some people do get freaked out when the animation is done on the person. Still, it's fascinating when I can get it to loop naturally. I stick to the cinema framerate of 24fps because I want it to look natural (and hence, 'cinema'-graphs). I noticed that many people tend to reduce the framerate to reduce the file size, and I feel that it makes the cinemagraphs look cheapskate instead. Just being blunt here.
