They were secondary schoolmates who reconnected as adults when Fiona attended a course in NIE, and love blossomed through this reunion. Both of their smiles are so beautiful and forthcoming, it was an easy task making them look good in front of the camera. As with any couple, they also have their cheeky side, which you'll get a glimpse of in the photos below!

We had a meetup to discuss the shoot and they enthusiastically suggested incorporating their love for yoga into their photoshoot. Well, game on!
Johan & Grace experimented with the poses beforehand to see what works and the results were beautiful. Loved the chemistry between this pair and their smiles never falter even as they braved the morning heat. I am particularly fond of the playground photos, as Grace said they will run as many times as possible to achieve the perfect shot. Awesome!

We got off to a slow start to the day as the rain prevented us from getting any outdoor shoots from morning till evening. Unwilling to give up, we went to the lovely Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay, where the weather gave us the perfect lighting to capture some beautiful shots of this lovely couple in an indoor environment.
Finally, the clouds lifted as we changed into the second outfit, giving us the opportunity to capture some of the city's skylines. I love this photo in particular, as Ken looks upon his bride lovingly while Wen Eng twirled in her striking red gown.

Nicholas & Fiona
I've known Fiona for years and as her friend, I'm glad she has found her prince, right across the road! It's quite a remarkable story as they met each other through a mutual friend, only to find out that they have been staying across the road from each other, walking around the same neighbourhood since young only to get attached in their 20s.
For her pre-wedding shoot, I added in a little Disney element into it as she has always dreamed of being a princess like Cinderella. She even has a glass slipper, which we used as a prop in the Victoria Concert Hall series of photos to great effect. I specially crafted a photo story on the spot that was inspired by Cinderella's story at the ballroom dance, where she finally met her prince. Of course, it helps that they are both very good-looking to begin with!
